“Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” – Matthew 28:19-20

Nancy and I are thrilled that we have the chance to lead another team of folks on a short-term missions trip to Nicaragua.  We are leading a team of nine adults and nine students this year, for a week of serving in the capital city of Managua as well as a few other areas.

Last year, we had a pretty incredible experience with a team similar to this one, and I’m thrilled that we get to return to places we’ve been before.  There’s lots of work to do, but we’ve got a team that’s ready to serve.

Here’s a quick recap of our experience last year: (many thanks to the talented Elijah Loughran for the video)

Check out this post from Nancy to see a bunch more pictures from our trip last year!

Thank you to the many of you who have given and prayed for us as we’ve prepared for this trip.  Please continue to pray for us, especially for:

1) Safety
2) Team Unity
3) Ministry Opportunities
4) Changed hearts in us because of this trip
5) Touched lives and hearts because of our service there

Thanks for your patience with Nancy and I as we’ll have no ready access to email, etc.   Thanks in advance for your prayers!
