– It’s not too late to do a budget just because you’ve already blown it with Cyber Monday shopping!  Get back up, get on the horse, and get back out there!  Deal with whatever choices you’ve made now; don’t just bury your head until next year.  Face it head on now – just think about how much further you’ll be than if you waited!

– We don’t give because we get a tax break, but whatever giving I’ve decided that I’m going to do, I’m going to do it before the end of the year, so that I do get the tax deduction on my 2014 income taxes.  Charities will take your money any time of the year, but they’re especially receptive this month!  Take time and talk about any additional charitable giving you want to do.

– Don’t let organizational, tax-deductible giving be the only kind you do.  Pick up someone’s tab at the restaurant.  Bless a single mom at your church.  Buy coffee for someone behind you.  Do some “off the grid” giving as well; it’s some of the most fun you’ll have!
